Exercises to increase breast

Float– This is the first exercise to be included in your training plan. It does not require equipment and, consequently, can be performed everywhere.
How do we perform floats? Place the palms on the floor, directly under the shoulders. It is not necessary to expand the elbows too wide, it is necessary to form a 60 degree angle with the body. Approach the floor and lift the body. You can create three series of 15 wagons.


Raise with dumbbells or bottles of water
If you don’t have a few weights, you can take two bottles of 1.5 liters of water. The exercise is very similar to fleets, only vice versa. Distribute on the mattress and lift the weights/bottles of water. He lowers the weights in the lower part of the chest, thus creating a stretch of the pectoral muscles. Throughout the movement, the forearms should be parallel to each other. As with floating, the corner between the shoulder and body should be about 60 degrees.
Walking with dumbbells
Lie on the mattress and lift the weights. The arms go to the side until you feel that the chest muscles have stretched. Bring the weights to the original position and repeat the movements of 15 times of 3 series.
