We are honest, we all wonder after making serious training. We know, it is difficult not to demotivate when you don’t see changes during the night, but keep in mind that each body has its own pace. We are here, we give you some clear reference points on how long it takes to see the transformations, whether you want to lose weight, put on the muscle mass or improve your resistance. Prepared?
1. Objective: losing weight
First of all, you must be in a caloric deficit. In other words, it burns more calories than those you consume. Yes, the exercises help enormously, but they are not magical if they are not supported by a balanced diet. Studies show that those who do about 7-8 hours of sport per week can lose about 7% of body weight in a few months. But if you eat fast food, just running on the ribbon will not make miracles.
The first visible signs appear in 8 and 12 weeks. This does not mean that until then nothing happens: you will have more energy, you will sleep better and perhaps you will also notice small changes in the way your clothes are. For faster results, combine cardio training with force. The increase in muscle mass accelerates the metabolism, which means that you will burn more calories, even at rest.
2. Objective: increased muscle mass
The good news is that the initial progress will be observed faster than the case of weight loss. After only a few intense training sessions, you may feel the effect of «muscle pump», a temporary increase in muscle volume due to blood circulation. However, for long-term results, the increase in muscle mass becomes more visible after 6-12 weeks of regular training.
Don’t forget: Experts recommend constant consumption of proteins – between 25 and 30 grams at each meal – to support the recovery and development of the muscles. Beginners should follow a training program with 3-5 weekly sessions, focusing on repetitions between 6 and 12, to 75-85% of the maximum weight they can raise
3. Place over time – what to expect
Week 1-2: The first workouts can lead to muscle unease, which is normal. You will feel a gradual increase in energy.
Week 3-4: The body begins to adapt. The exercises become easier for you and your performance increase. It can begin to observe thin changes: a slightly thinner life or lighter clothes.
Luna 2-3: The results become visible. Friends could notice a change in your physical appearance. You feel stronger, you have more resistance, increases in motivation.
Luna 3-6: The transformations are significant. If you were consistent, your body is more toned or more muscular, depending on your goals.
After 6 months: You are a consolidated pace. The room becomes part of your lifestyle and the results are evident both physically and mentally: restful sleep, less stress, more productivity.
What you need to remember: genetics, diet, stress levels and even medical history plays an important role. Be patient, remain constant and enjoy every little victory along the road.
