The dissociated care for weight loss allows you to eat almost everything, but not at the same time. It is recommended not to consume certain foods together or to affect a rapid saturation of appetite through the exclusive consumption of a single product. The best known are the Antoine, Shelton or Montignac methods.
Some dissociated diets are effective in the short term and have a low nutritional risk, but often return to the normal diet loses the benefit. In addition, it is difficult to keep them for a long time, because they are not very compatible with a normal social life. Most are contrary to the principles of nutritional balance, the only guarantee of lasting weight loss.
Treatment of anthoine dissociated weight loss

So the first dissociated treatment of weight loss we will talk about is Antoine.
Principle: The Antoine diet aims to quickly saturate the appetite by consuming only one type of food every day (Monday: Fish, Tuesday, vegetables, Wednesday: Lattiero -Caseari products, Thursday: fruit, Friday, eggs, Saturday: meat, etc.) for a week. The food balance is performed for seven days instead of only one. The diet is made by healing a week every month or every three weeks.
Critics: This treatment is often synonymous with fatigue and digestive and psychological disorders. There are risks of deficiencies. The weight gain after the diet is ordinary.
The care of Shelton’s dissociated weight loss
Principle: The Shelton diet responds to a food classification invented by the author, which for example distinguishes the group of acid fruits, the group of melon, etc. Some combinations are prohibited during the same meal: acids – starch, acids – proteins, sugars – starch, fat – proteins – sugar – proteins … milk should always be taken by yourself and fruits. Some meals are entirely protein, others offer only fruit or starch.
Critic: This method is not recommended because it can lead to deficiencies. In addition, this diet is too complicated to be truly implemented. It can only be applied in a very simplified way, which means making a classic low calorie diet.
In addition, there is also the care of dissociated 3 3 which is part of the same category.
Montignac diet
Principle: Today the Montignac diet has evolved to include the concept of glycemic index (IG), which allows the evaluation of a more or less rapid absorption of food sugars. There are two possible types of meals, based on the types of fats between fats and sugars:
-The lipid protein flour that can contain fats. In this case, only very low carbohydrates can be consumed (legumes, green vegetables, fruit). For example, we can eat cheese, but without bread;
– Protein carbohydrate flour, without saturated fats or carbohydrates must not be greater than 50.
Critic: Reduced risk of deficiency, because you can eat almost everything. It allows you not to deprive yourself too much. It is also very popular among men, because it is not necessary to prepare special dishes. It is quite effective, provided that you continue in the long term: to return to the classic eating habits often leads to weight gain.
The dissociated treatment for weight loss 3 3 3 is also one of the dissociated diets that do not guarantee long -term results.
