Daymark FAQ

Daymark provides browser tools for planning dates, work blocks, deadlines, and meetings. They are designed to make time information easier to inspect, not to replace the calendar or source that governs an event.

Which time zone does a result use?

Tools use the date, time, and time-zone information shown in the interface and may also rely on your browser’s local setting. Check the displayed zone before sharing a result with someone in another location.

Why is a meeting time different in another calendar?

Calendars can apply different time zones, daylight-saving rules, event settings, or recurrence rules. Use a Daymark result as a planning check, then confirm the final invitation in the calendar service that owns the event.

Does the date calculator include every local holiday?

No. A general date calculation does not automatically know your employer’s schedule, local public holidays, contract terms, or banking cut-off times. Add those rules separately when they affect a deadline.

Can I use a countdown as an official deadline reminder?

Use it as a personal aid only. Browser tabs can be paused, a device can sleep, and a network or clock setting can change. Set an independent reminder in the service that controls the deadline.

How precise are work-hour estimates?

They depend on the start and end times entered and do not determine overtime, breaks, payroll treatment, or legal entitlement. Check applicable workplace rules and a payroll or HR source for official records.

Is my schedule stored?

Routine inputs are intended to stay in the browser where the feature supports it. Do not enter confidential calendar details into a shared device, and clear local data when appropriate.
