The superiments are truly a brilliant idea, it completely deserves their «super» prefix. They become more and more popular, many already enjoy all the advantages, they offer.

If you don’t know yet, which are the superfoods and because they are so important, the guide will help you understand everything about them.

What are Superfoods?

There are some foods that can help you lose weight, slow down, clean the body or defend yourself from diseases, but only one of these separate effects. But there are foods, which make all these effects simultaneously: these are super foods.

For the most part, Superfoods are food and vegetable proteins based on plants, which are considered nutrients and, therefore, beneficial for health.

All super organic foods contain a wide range of vitamins, enzymes, minerals and amino acids or antioxidants and offer maximum nutritional value with minimal calories.

Advantages of superfoods

First of all, I will mention that when I say the superfoods, I do not speak of multivitamine supplements or extracts of exotic plants. These unusual foods include fruit and vegetables, as well as other popular dietary ingredients.

The main advantages of superfoods:

  • Accelerate the combustion of fats
  • Stimulation of metabolism
  • Improves physical and mental health
  • Strengthen the immune system
  • Increase resistance to various diseases

In addition to all this, the superfoods offer a high level of energy and help you lead a more active lifestyle. The high level of antioxidants protects the heart, improves blood circulation, helps to rejuvenate the skin and reduce the risk of cancer.

There are a wide variety of superfood with various properties. To understand them more easily I structured them in four basic categories.

Types of Bio Superfood

Fruit, walnuts and berries

There is a wide range of fruits, as well as their friends: walnuts and berries, which help you live a happy and healthy life. The most important are almonds, blueberries, donuts, dogs, acai fruits, coconut, goji fruits, outline, blueberries, poppy seeds, cocoa beans and fruit.

Superlalliment version

In this category they normally include green vegetables, which are rich in proteins, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients. Here we can include vegetables with green leaves, barley grass and wheat, some herbaceous plants such as leeks and legumes.

Herbs and aromatic spices

There are many herbs with medicinal properties. We will select those, which contain many trace elements and nutrients. Among these are ginseng, ginger, basil, aloe vera, nettle, yellow, turmeric (turmeric), echinacea, anise and others.

Other types of Superlalliment

In this category we can include honey, milkweed and pollen bees. Healthy vegetable oils can also be included in the list of super organic foods. Another food with a rich chemical composition, with which many terrestrial plants cannot be praised, are algae, also belonging to the category of superings.
